Location Analysis
The Location Analysis surveys an area contained within the
selected market, which can typically be a 3 to 6 block radius.
The ideal location will be identified based on finding the optimal
location characteristics specific to your business model. This
allows you to maximize your value position.
The Redmond real estate consulting team will complete
detailed analyses to evaluate the locations under
consideration. These analyses will include traffic volumes,
retail synergy, competition, client distribution and penetration
rates, market potential and financial factors.
Upon completion of the Location Analysis, Redmond will
identify the top locations and will begin the Site Analysis
process within the optimal Location(s).

The Site Selection and Analysis focuses on identifying the optimal sites within
the selected optimal Locations. Through our various online sources and on-site
review, we will thoroughly canvass sites that are listed, as well as those not listed.
We will review the sites’ physical characteristics, the traffic counts and patterns,
and the potential financial implications that may be required in purchasing the
optimal site. The goal is to find the site that best fits the specific requirements of
your organization.
Upon completion of the Site Analysis, Redmond will make our recommendation of
the optimal site(s) that best satisfies your organization’s needs.
